When you look in the mirror, what do you see? 

When you look at other people what do you see? 

When others look at you, what do you think they see?

We often strive to live up to the picture that we think others wants us to be, just like we expect them to live up to our expectations.

​

You are your colours just like I am my colours, this makes the difference and the way we learn to accept the difference between one another. 

​

We are to be all colours - find the balance, find harmony, not too green, too red, too blue, etc. 

We have a lifetime to find ourselves but sometimes its helpful with some guidelines or a good advice. 

​

Through the colours we are in touch with, we are being stimulated.

Colours do for sure have an influence emotionally.
