A BUTTERFLY PROJECT Romania

In 2013 I helped a young female student from Romania to find housing while she would be studying in Copenhagen. 

She once visited me at my house and she noticed one of my paintings, which reminded her very much about a poem called "The evening star” (Luceafărul in Romanian) by Mihai Eminescu.

 
We spoke several times before and after her arrival to Copenhagen, but sadly and very tragically she passed away in 2016. I helped her family sort out her personal things in Copenhagen, and some of her belongings was to be returned to Romania. In between her own paintings was a picture of a Butterfly.     
 

In october 2016 I visited her family in Romania for 20 days. This journey made a big impression on me emotionally. 

I have made A Butterfly Project in march 2017 - to inspire and motivate young people to live their dream.  

I wish to motivate and inspire them to have e hope and faith for the future, and not let for example stress and or insecurities, become a limitation for a wish of following their dreams. My connection with young international students from all over the world since 2012 has given me a very good experience which also will be usefull in regards to my project.  


Since 1998 I’ve worked with clients who struggled with anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, addiction and substance abuse as well as clients who “simply” just wished to find themselves by using Create a Picture, to get a deeper understanding of what was causing limitations in certain situations, relationships and in their personal journeys so to speak.
